Approved Distributors and Testers are Associate Members of the Construction Fixings Association (http://www.the-cfa.co.uk) who meet the standards required by the CFA in terms of Customer Service, Technical Support and Commercial Integrity.

This means that FFX:

  1. Supply products from one or more full members of the Association
  2. Provide anchors with ETA (European Technical Assessments) for safety critical applications
  3. Provide technical support via sales staff knowledgeable in the use of fixings
  4. Can arrange for the site testing of fixings where necessary
  5. Can arrange for training of site operators in the correct installation of members' products
