New Delivery Cut-off times

When we asked you, our loyal customers, what we could do to improve our service, the number one thing you asked for was later cut off times for next day delivery.

As a direct result:

  • We have changed our shift patterns in our distribution centre.
  • We've increased the amount of stock we hold.
  • We have negotiated a later departure time with our major distribution partners.
  • Next day delivery service is now available if you order by 8pm on Monday to Thursday on many products.

* The small print

  • This service is available for in stock products Monday through to Thursday excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Please check exact estimated delivery date for each product on our website.
  • You will also see confirmation of the expected delivery date for your order in your shopping basket prior to checkout.
  • Please note that if your basket contains two products that have different expected delivery dates, then your order will be delivered based on the longest lead time specified. Therefore, if you want to receive specific products that have earlier lead times before the other items in your basket, please place separate orders on our system. In which case we can deliver your items separately on different dates.
  • This next day service is available in the UK only and only applies to certain postcodes within the UK mainland.
